CUSTOMS
Not relevant for UK orders. Customs and import duty charges may be assessed when the package arrives in your country. These fees are in addition to product cost and freight charges. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal of the package does not limit liability of these charges for the recipient. Please contact your countries import office to inquire about import taxes and duties and to get an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot export product with lower than actual values to circumvent these charges.
UNITED KINGDOM VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
All prices include UK VAT at 15%. For the purposes of the law, the buyer's address and country of residence areassumed to be that to which his or her credit card is registered. In some cases you may be able to reclaim the VAT, unfortunately we can not provide advice on this procedure. If you are unsure as to your qualification for tax exemption or have queries on possible import duties, please contact your local revenue and customs office.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to despatch all items next working day.
UK delivery is FREE.
The Delivery Options for International Orders can vary. Normally we will use Royal Mail or DHL couriers.
If you require quicker delivery within UK or abroad, eg birthday, special occasions etc, please let us know by stating in the check out notes section (just after your personal information and before payment information), following:
Gift item/s number and name.
Date the item/s are required to arrive.
If you sending the item/s to a third party address, what special occasion this is and if you would like Realamberjewellery to place a card with your message inside the complimentary gift box.
If yes, what is your message. (Please note message service is Free of charge).
The full name and address of a third party.
We will advise you of additional charge for this kind of express delivery.
RETURNS
This dose not affect your statutory rights. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return the item/s unused and unworn within 7 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging for a refund or a replacement. For Real amber collection records please state why the item/s were not suitable. When returning any item/s a signed for delivery service should be used. Please note that any packaging and postage charges will not be included in the refund.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, we must be informed within 3 working days by email. It is important that the item and the packaging are returned to us in the condition received. In this circumstance, you will be asked to pick another item with same or similar value as a replacement or a full refund given . When returning any items a signed for delivery service should be used. Real amber collection cannot accept responsibility for the non arrival of any returns sent.

Realamberjewellery reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. All sizes and weights given are averages. Amber and other natural products such as coral and semi-precious stones may show variations in colour or contain inclusions. All information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
For orders within the United Kingdom, we send all items by recorded Royal Mail First Class Delivery with needs to be signed for on delivery, items over £50 by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means that items over £50 are insured in transit, and require a signature on delivery. It also means that we can track and trace your order at any point in the delivery process.
